The use of your e-mail address for the sending of direct marketing We use your e-mail address, which we have received in the course of the sale of a good or service, for the electronic transmission of marketing for our own goods or services similar to those you have already purchased from us, unless you have objected to this use. In order to conclude a contract, you must provide your e-mail address. Failure to do so will prevent the conclusion of a contract. use of personal data if you choose Klarna as your payment method If you have chosen Klarna invoice and/or Klarna hire purchase as your payment method, you have agreed that we may collect and transmit to Klarna the following personal data required for the processing of the purchase on account and an identity and credit check such as first name, surname, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, IP address and telephone number, as well as the data required for the processing of the purchase on account on the account associated with the order, such as number of items, item numbers, invoice amount and taxes in percent. The data processing enables us to offer the payment methods purchase on account and hire purchase as well as the required credit check. As part of the decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship, Klarna will, in addition to an address check, collect and use information on the buyer's past payment behaviour as well as probability values about this behaviour in the future. Klarna will calculate these point values on the basis of a scientifically recognised mathematical and statistical method. Klarna will use your address data for this purpose, among others. If this calculation shows that you are not creditworthy, Klarna will inform you immediately.
Revocation of the use of personal data by Klarna
1. you may revoke your consent to the use of personal data to Klarna at any time. however, Klarna may still be entitled to process, use and transmit personal data if this is necessary for the contractual handling of payment by Klarna's services, is required by law or is promoted by a court or an authority
2. you can of course obtain information about the personal data stored by Klarna at any time. This right is guaranteed by the Federal Data Protection Act.
